Small and highly successful events company is looking for an executive assistant to take over from current awesome lady who is emigrating. This person will be right hand to the director and help out in all areas of the business including basic bookkeeping, quotations, customer service, co-ordinating and arranging events, sourcing suppliers and branding, drawing up proposals, social media and copy writing as well as general day to day operations of the business. This is a fast paced and pressurised position and we need someone who is highly organised and who can multi task. For now the candidate will work from home. Hours are unusual depending on events taking place and there may be travel around Gauteng.

We are looking for someone who has sound events admin experience to take up this role in January.
