National Customer Experience Manager

Our client, a well-respected Financial Advisory business in Johannesburg, with offices in Durban and Cape Town is looking for an experienced National Customer Experience Manager   to develop and execute customer experience aligned with business objectives for all business units.

 

Candidate to be considered would have a minimum of 5 years Management experience in a similar role, plus:

               

  • Experience within the Financial or Insurance industry essential.

  • A Degree in Data Analytics or Marketing.

  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, customer experience frameworks and service design principles.

  • Advanced analytics and reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience working with customer feedback platforms, CRM systems and reporting tools.

  • Proven project management and stakeholder management experience

  • Strong knowledge of customer satisfaction measurement methodologies.

  • Excellent presentation, communication and report-writing skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel.

  • Passionate about continual upgrading of skills alongside AI advancements.

 

The position reports directly to the Group Exco.
