Sectional Title Property Manager
Experienced Property Manager required for well established property management company. Ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years’ experience in this position as well as have a sound understanding of the STSM Act and the CSOS Act.
They must have experience in body corporate budgets as well as attending AGM and SGM meetings. Own transport is essential. Overtime is expected to attend meetings, etc.
The client specialises in Sectional Title management, and the Senior Property Manager must have the relevant Sectional title management experience or at least a little experience in the Sectional Title Schemes management Act and the applicable rules to is (not just knowing about it, actual management of a Body Corporate / HOA done previously).
