Senior Property Manager

My client, successful and established property management company based in Randburg, is looking for a senior property/portfolio manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle pro-active property management (approx. 800 units), admin of property requirements, customer service, handle credit control and build a sound database, handle insurance matters and get involved in the budgeting for the department. They will also attend and chair AGM/SGM meetings as well as Trustee Meetings. Solid and sound experience in Sectional Title Management is essential.
