Retail Sales Consultant

Our major client is a well-known and highly respected premium tiling retailer and we are constantly looking for high calibre and highly experienced and successful Sales Consultants for various branches around South Africa. You’ll deliver standout customer service, drive sales to monthly targets, advise on products and trends, build relationships with homeowners, designers and contractors, and help maintain a top-tier showroom. Requirements: 5+ years’ retail sales experience (home improvement/tiling preferred), proven target-beater, strong sales and negotiation skills, professional presentation, and a passion for design. Candidates must be able to work retail hours. The client offers an initial 3-month fixed-term contract to perm position, competitive salary with benefits and profit share, growth opportunities, and a supportive team.
