My client, a dynamic legal consultancy is looking for a commercially astute Labour Associate to join the team.


Key Responsibilities include providing expert advice and legal opinions on labour matters, including disciplinary processes, incapacity, retrenchments, and employment contracts; represent clients at CCMA and Bargaining Councils; drafting legal documents; conducting workplace investigations; assisting in the development and review of workplace policies and monitoring labour law developments and proactively advise clients. 


Minimum Requirements include an LLB degree including labour law; candidate must be an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, minimum 2 years’ experience in employment/labour law and proven CCMA experience.  We would like a candidate with strong drafting and analytical skills and have strong technical skills.  Excellent professional presentation and communication skills essential.
