The successful junior technician will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical assistance and support to clients utilizing solar energy systems. This role involves providing timely telephonic troubleshooting, coordinating post-installation client care, and supporting the sales division with detailed product knowledge and technical guidance. The incumbent will also be tasked with monitoring industry trends and contributing market analysis to inform business strategy. This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a solid foundation in electrical and solar technologies.  The successful candidate must have a valid drivers’ licence and be fully bilingual English/Afrikaans (not negotiable).
